I started my AI Automation Agency with the aim in mind that I want to help businesses solve big problems at scale.
How does one achieve scale? And why does one need to achieve scale?
Answer: PROFITS
I will need to solve big problems that not many people know how to do, and seems complicated to others, but it is actually doable and easy.
How? By building custom knowledge chatbot that automates businesses needs, from frontend customer support, to backend internal staff training.
All you have to do is get hold of the document version and upload it into the knowledge base and you can get the bot to answer anything, you just have to train it to prioritise and overwrite certain knowledge.

From there, you can upsell different forms of service, the limitation is your creativity. You are now an AI Automation expert.
The problem I first faced, is how do I find my first client?
Who needs my services?
Whose pain can I eliminate?
Who have the purchasing power?
Which industry NEEDS automation?
Fear not, today I got you covered.

Do a Niche analysis just like this, ask ChatGPT for help.
YOU have to think of what industry actually needs the automation, who HAVE the money spend, how much money will you be able to save them, calculate in $$$ form (use logic).
Find industry that you actually have an EDGE over others in terms of knowledge.
Craft an IRRESISTABLE OFFER, too good for clients to say no.
The riches is in the niches.
1 Industry, 1 service, service all the companies in that industry.
That is HOW YOU SCALE.
Why niche down to 1 area first?
You will know the INs and OUTs of the entire industry, your automation services can be replicated without much tweaks.
(aka building 1 time and reselling many times with minor changes)
Once you generate all the profits, reinvest into your agency.
